Our final goal in this project is to introduce ISECs into the town of Pujehan in Sierra Leone. We hope to better understand what kind of food the locals eat to ensure their staples are properly cooked using this appliance. We also hope to make the ISECs as cheap and efficient as possible so the local communities in Sierra Leone can acquire the required material, if they were to build more of these cookers in the future. Our mission is to make sure these solar cookers are reaching the targeted communities and that they are affordable!
